The issue in GetHuman-jatomo's own words
I asked * different places whether they were available. I received an email that if they all accepted the booking I would be charged. All I wanted to know if their dates were available. Last time a place actually came back and said they weren't so I wanted to keep my options open without committing. I thought I just sent them a message (which previously was allowed). I have accepted a booking. Another booking has come in to say they are available and the *rd has never responded. Just want to make sure that I can cancel the request for *. App has no easy way of figuring out how to do that.
GetHuman-jatomo did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
