The Airbnb host accepted the reservation and charged us but did not provide instructions for arrival and did not respond to messages or answer the phone. We are stranded in an unfamiliar town in Kansas at night and the host has stolen the money from us as we were not rewarded a refund. We are requesting a refund and for the scammer to be removed from the site.
