My husband and I have three weeks left of a two month European holiday. Yesterday we spent hours trying to book Airbnb accommodation in Paris. The problem was we could not get our login details to work. A couple of years ago I had unsuccessfully tried to use Airbnb with login details I have since lost. We tried to work your system to make new ones.....**kims***and.......***********Our email unchanged is..*....*****@***.com
I trust that AirBnB will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
