The issue in GetHuman-mariarn's own words
This morning I found a place on Airbnb for myself and * other professional women. I sent a couple of messages to the host with questions we all had, with the initial message saying we were looking for a place for * nights, starting August **th. When we were done exchanging messages the * of us decided to book the place for a place in NYC. The host made no mention of requiring * night minimum and the Airbnb page for the property stated "* night minimum".*After all of the messages were exchanged, I sent Talon one more message saying we were going to book with his property. He replied back saying only "your welcome".*I should have known by his reply that something was not right. *After I finished booking the place, with all of my information, including my payment method.
GetHuman-mariarn did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
