I was disgusted to Day, by one of your customer service representatives., called sky. I am disabled and have asthma. We booked a home in Toronto months ago. And when we arrived today it was unsafe and dirty. Called this representative who had us on hold for *hour. Then got hold of this representative sky who didn’t care about our situation. His manner was disrespectful and and inhuman. I asked to speak to is supervisor he refused. I am disgusted by such deliberate disrespect. I need a response immediately. I am disabled
