I cancelled a reservation * weeks ago and I still have not recieved a refund. The money was taken out of my account on May **th and I have checked everyday since then and nothing. Every time I call customer service I am told that the reservation was actually never made but the money was clearly taken out of my account. My problem has been "escalated" to a special higher up team to evaluate and I am told that they will contact me soon. I have never heard from this team. I have called four times over the past week and nothing has been resolved.
GetHuman-myerbey did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
