Hello,**Thank you for the quick refund (HMHSQYQTHX at Shades of Blue in Historic Lisbon).**However, the host has informed me that she has to cancel my reservation only with a few days before my arrival.*I've booked the place with plenty of time before, in order to make sure that I'll find a good value for money accomodation.**At this moment my options are few and they are more expensive or less appealing than my former reservation.**Please let me know what is your customer policy for this unfortunate scenario.**Thank you,*Diana Carla Benea
