The listing communicated that only the resident and her pets were in the home. After booking I was informed that there would be other guests in the house as well during my stay. I specifically only stay in places where it is just the family in the home who I have the opportunity to learn about a little prior to booking. I would like to cancel my booking for a full refund -without losing my service fee.
GetHuman358045 did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.

There must be some mistake. This issue is not fixed.
