I have already make payment for my booking on ****-****, two nights stay at one of the homestay in Japan (booking no:HM**ENY*W*) and the payment is made on last month and everything is good and payment also done. But why today I received an email saying that my booking was cancel without notify me earlier and say will refund me **% of the payment I had been made as compensation. In this case, I need a good reason from you guys why cancel my booking when I had already made payment and the time I book the room also available. Now so short of time we need to find another alternative stay is not an easy matter and all the price for other places will be pricey when the date is getting closer.
GetHuman-pongsk did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
