Hello, *I had a direct booking I had to cancel, because I already had another family asking me for booking the accommodation. I was shocked when I saw that a few minutes later somebody else booked accommodation. I never said that I wanna have this option with the direct booking, I ALWAYS wanna decide by myself which booking I wanna accept and which one not. I cancelled the direct booking so the first family could book (were the same dates), but now in my calendar the dates are blocked. That annoys me a lot. Especially I never decided to have the direct booking option. Please help.
