My number is *************. This is not to do with damages. What happened is that me and my landlord Benjamin decided on a reduction in rent that would come at his own expense, not Airbnb's. This was an arrangement we made separately so as far as I was concerned, it was his duty to inform Airbnb and update the future scheduled payments. **I have attached a screenshot of my current "receipt" for my payments. **I went to pay the new amount of ****.** in march (a further **% reduction that we had decided on) and this payment successfully went into his bank account. HOWEVER despite Airbnb taking this money, you seem to have recognised a lacking payment of £****.** which was the original number minus the **%. Therefore, Airbnb automatically seized this amount, despite having accepted a lower figure, from a separate bank account of mine. If you look at the receipt you will see that this was the **rd of April, however, you will see below we successfully paid the reduced amount on the **th of march. I then paid ****.** for our April rent payment (**% discount included again), which successfully went into our landlords bank account. As you can now see, we have paid each month and the seizure of ****.** is an error on behalf of Airbnb. I really need this money back into my account asap. If you need to check with our landlord about this arrangement we made I would appreciate you contacting him ASAP to approve my refund. This is now a week later and I am getting charged for being in overdraft daily by Santander. **I would appreciate you expediting this matter and treating it as urgent, I can help on my end if you can call, but I now have done everything in my power to solve this situation.**Look forward to hearing from you,**Liza
