I opened my account few days ago and didn't understand what smart pricing was. Just after the guest made a reservation for ** days at ridiculously cheap price (* euro per day- this is how much I spend on ac daily so it would mean no profit at all for me) so I had to cancel his reservation. Now I see that the whole period of his reservation is blocked, and this is the high season period. Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
