We made a reservation for July **-** at an air bnb location in Iceland. The host messaged that she is sorry, but those days were supposed to be blocked and asked me to cancel. I realized that if I cancel, I will lose my air bnb service fee and not receive a full refund. The host is worried that if she cancels for me, she will not be able to obtain the status of "superhost". I would like to be given a full refund without any negative consequences for the host. I have booked another airbnb for this time that I would like to keep, could not wait because we need a place and didn't want to risk waiting too long and losing the other.
GetHuman-kerrylyn did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
