ISSUE: AIR ASIA Representative made us miss our flight and we missed our connecting flight and had to buy new ones.**INFO: I booked to fly from Da Nang to Phuket through a company called "KIWI.COM" on Skyscanner.*The first flight was: AIR ASIA flight (Da Nang-Bangkok) *The second was with THAI LION AIR (Bangkok-Phuket)**The problem arose with AIR ASIA:*The first flight was with Air Asia (Da Nang - Bangkok). The Air Asia representatives then made us miss our flight by saying my girlfriends visa was not valid. After making several phones calls to Immigration they then realised they made a mistake and put us on the next possible flight!*We have proof of this because they put us on the next AIR ASIA flight to where we were supposed to have our connecting flight. *This delay made us miss our connecting flight with "Thai Lion Air".**I would like to know if we can claim against AIR ASIA for their mistake and the fact we missed our connecting flight. At their desk they told us it was not their problem and that they couldn't sort it because our connecting flight was with a different air line (i.e THAI LION AIR).***) I would like a refund for my initial flight with AIR ASIA missed due to their representatives mistake (Da Nang - Bangkok)***) I would like to be compensated for having to buy a new connecting flight (Bangkok-Phuket) due to the AIR ASIA representatives mistake (including luggage costs)***) I would like to be compensated for the * hours I was late to my destination. I have the names and photo of the AIR ASIA representative who made me us miss our flight also. If this is any use for AIR ASIA in their investigations.**Can someone get in touch to help resolve these issues.**Thanks in advance **Paul Raymond
