The issue in GetHuman-brattyro's own words
Hi *I have booked a ticket from manila to taipei (in the early morning of tuesday ( January **,****) ( round trip) the travel date is from May*-*,****. The email from AirAsia stated that I need to pay before **:**PM*I have paid through Cebuana at **:**AM.**but I haven't received my booking itinerary until now. I sent a message through facebook messenger and the answer given to me was that my booking was cancelled.**How come it was cancelled when it was clearly stated that I already paid?*what will happen to my payment?
GetHuman-brattyro did not yet indicate what AirAsia should do to make this right.
