I checked in for a package in Taipei (hotel and flights are booked together in one single booking) in Kuching on ** Aril. Despite me telling the check in clerk the luggage allowance is ** kg free, my wife and I were made to repack our bags reducing the weight to ** kg. We were then charged MYR *** x * (- MYR ***) for two of us to have ** kg each for KCH to KUL, then again for KUL-Taipei. We return tomorrow ** Mau from Taipei to KUL and are reluctant to pre-book our luggage as we will be told that we are ADDING ** kg to our extra supposedly FREE ** kg. Previous email about being charged TWICE for using a Visa card for a dingle trip has remained unanswered.
GetHuman-ken_prou did not yet indicate what AirAsia should do to make this right.
