Help with my Air Serbia issue
The issue in GetHuman-mirjamza's own words
I purchased a one way ticket at the Swissport Ticket Center in Zurich Airport on ********** to fly on March ** **** with Air Serbia from Tel Aviv to Zurich via Belgrade, leaving Tel Aviv at **:**. On the itinerary I received at the time it states "Latest Check-In: **:**". I arrived at the Check-In Desk in Tel Aviv Airport at **:**, to find the desk was not manned. I was told at the Airport Information that there is no way I could check-in anymore. I filled in and submitted a refund request form online to Air Serbia and attached all relative documents. I finally received from them a negative answer explaining that since I arrived at the check-in desk less than * hours before departure I cannot claim anything. They totally ignored what I wrote to them and attached relative documents that according to what is printed on the Itinerary one could check-in untill ** minuted before departure - which is not so unusual in not such a huge airport as Tel Aviv. I will be happy if I receive a fill refund .
GetHuman-mirjamza did not yet indicate what Air Serbia should do to make this right.
