I bought a one-way ticket at the Swissport Ticket Center in Zurich Airport on December 24, [redacted], for a flight on March 8, [redacted], with Air Serbia from Tel Aviv to Zurich via Belgrade, departing Tel Aviv at 13:50. My itinerary indicated a "Latest Check-In: 13:05". Upon arriving at the Tel Aviv Airport Check-in Desk at 12:50, I found it unattended. Despite being informed by Airport Information that I couldn't check in, I submitted a refund request to Air Serbia online with all necessary documents, only to receive a denial stating I arrived less than 3 hours before departure. They did not address the fact that the itinerary allowed check-in up to 45 minutes prior to departure, which is common in smaller airports like Tel Aviv. I am hoping for a full refund.

Our flight was unable to land at Heathrow on Sunday, so we were rerouted back to Belgrade. A hotel was arranged, and our flight was rescheduled for the next day. Unfortunately, my partner had a British Airways flight to catch to Nigeria from Heathrow at 11 a.m. on Monday. We were put up in a hotel overnight, and our flights were rerouted to Dusseldorf before Heathrow, causing a significant loss of time. Despite other passengers being booked on a direct flight, we were not given the same option. This has led to potential issues making the Nigeria flight and extra expenses. We are currently in communication with BA Customer Services to address these issues and seek compensation for the inconvenience.

Dear Air Serbia, I am writing regarding a booking made on 01/24/[redacted] through pamediakopes.gr for two individuals traveling from Athens to Ljubljana via Belgrade. The reservation codes are SRHFCC and NKHXU9. We were scheduled to attend a pan-European Conference at the Intercontinental Hotel in Ljubljana from April 2-5. Due to the cancellation of the conference as a precautionary measure against the spread of the coronavirus in Europe, I am requesting the cancellation of our tickets and a refund of the amount paid. On February 4, [redacted], I purchased round-trip tickets from Moscow to Belgrade and Podgorica on tickets.ru for August 15th to August 25th. My reservation number is LQONTF. On the same day, my friend in the USA also bought tickets for the same flight. She received a schedule change notification for August 14th with a new booking code. When I checked my ticket on the Air Serbia website, it shows pending status. I am requesting a new reservation number as I am looking to change my flight to August 14th. My ticket number is [redacted]37 with reservation number LQONTF. The agency cannot do this for me, so I hope for your assistance. Thank you. Attached are my tickets for reference. Good evening respected members, My name is Dragana Babic. I am reaching out to you with respect and the desire for your assistance regarding my issue. First, let me explain my problem. My husband and I bought a round-trip ticket through the agency from Belgrade to Luton on August 16, flight number JU0380 at 10:25 am from Belgrade. My problem is that we are not able to travel due to England not requiring quarantine for Serbia when we planned our trip, but they implemented it shortly after which disrupted our plans. We both work for Minster Care, a care home, and upon return, we would have to quarantine, causing issues for the company. I understand that the current situation with the pandemic has disrupted everyone's normalcy and made future travel uncertain. I kindly request to cancel this flight and if possible, reschedule it for the end of March, as I sincerely hope to be able to travel then. I do not seek a refund but a voucher for a better time. I will be sincerely grateful for any help. Please do not see my request as a burden but rather give me the chance to remain your customer. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Our luggage was delayed, and after three days, we only received three out of four pieces. It doesn't make sense that one is still missing. The process from O’Hare to Serbia Airlines to Thessaloniki, Greece was frustrating. I've been waiting on hold with customer service for an hour and 45 minutes without anyone picking up. I am greatly disappointed with this service and will be sharing my negative experience with Serbia Airlines online.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding my luggage that I checked in at the Air Serbia counter in Belgrade on July 7, [redacted], for flight JU [redacted]. I handed in 2 bags, but only paid for one. Both bags have the same tag number, [redacted] JU041822. The suitcase with the mentioned tag number that was checked in first has not arrived at the destination (Toronto, Canada) yet. Please inform me about the whereabouts of my suitcase and why both pieces of luggage have the same tag number. Additionally, I would like to mention that I have been informed that this is a recurring issue with Air Serbia in Toronto. I am looking forward to your prompt response. I regret to inform you that one of my baggage items is missing from my recent trip from LCA to BCN via BEG. Despite multiple attempts to have it sent to MAH where I am currently staying, there has been no success. It has been a frustrating experience trying to communicate this issue and urge for prompt action to have the missing baggage sent urgently to Menorca airport. The missing item was registered under OHDBEGJU3P954. My PIR reference is BCNJU10831. I kindly request that you contact the lost and found department in BEG to expedite the process. I flew with your airline on July 11th and hope for a positive resolution soon. Thank you, Isa.
