On *th april i could contact your call center and canceled the tickets of both onward & return journey. The payment was made through * cards whose details are as per enclosed two payment receipts. I was also informed of the case ID nos as ******** & ******** through mail by air india. As per trailing mail from air india one week back also i am informed that the refund case is under process.
