The issue in GetHuman-mukundw's own words
To whomever it may concern,**I, Mukund Wadekar, traveled from Mumbai to San Francisco (with a layover in Beijing) on **th December ****. My e-ticket number is ***-********** and baggage tag number is CA ****** & ****** (see attached image)**The flight from Mumbai to Beijing was CA ***, and from Beijing to San Francisco was CA ***. **One of my checked-in bags contained a very valuable family artifact. It was damaged and broken in multiple places (pictures attached). **As you can see, my box very well packaged & sealed ... had multiple fragile stickers, multi-layered packaging, fully sealed and saran * shrink -wrapped. At Mumbai airport, I had also insisted on the Air China agent putting more Fragile tags, but she assured me that what she put on the box was sufficient. But despite multiple fragile tags and multi-layered packaging, the box seems to be completely mishandled, and upon opening the box, the METAL artifact was completely damaged.**Today, Dec **th on discovering the damage, we immediately called Air China's Customer Support and spoke to Isabella (from Los Angeles Call Center) who gave us this email ID and details on filing a Damaged Baggage Claim. **Attached are some pictures of the broken artifact.
