I had a flight scheduled from Atlanta to Toronto with Air Canada at 10am on Sunday, but due to a smaller plane, I got bumped along with about 10 other passengers. Air Canada rebooked me on a Delta flight via La Guardia departing at 3pm. I was told my checked bag would be on the initial 10am flight to Toronto. After landing in New York, I discovered my onward flight to Toronto was canceled, requiring an overnight stay. The next morning, the rescheduled flight was delayed to 9:30am. Upon arriving in Toronto, I learned Air Canada had lost my bag, which was removed from the initial flight in Atlanta and its whereabouts are unknown.

Hello, my spouse and I departed on August 1 for Las Vegas with a stopover in Denver. The outgoing journey was smooth, but the return was quite challenging. At Macaren airport, we encountered significant issues during check-in. Although my wife successfully used the ArriveCAN app to obtain her boarding pass, I faced difficulties as my app was not working despite having all the required documentation, including proof of vaccination and a negative Covid PCR test. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, the staff initially refused to provide me with a boarding pass. Eventually, my wife added me to her app, and we barely made our flight after a last-minute rush. Upon arrival in Denver, the problems persisted as we were informed that we were not registered for the connecting flight to Montreal, even though our trip had been pre-purchased. After a long ordeal and showing ample evidence, we were eventually allowed to board. The entire ordeal was stressful, especially considering my medical condition. We believe Air Canada should compensate us with another return flight for the inconvenience caused. The lack of cooperation and attitude from the staff added unnecessary strain to what should have been a pleasant journey. We hope that Air Canada will address this matter promptly. The scooter breaks down into four pieces: two sealed, dry cell batteries in hard plastic cases (each weighing 20 pounds), one tiller/seat assembly weighing 35 pounds (similar in size to two stacked guitar cases), and the back wheel/motor assembly weighing 45 pounds (similar in size to a small wheeled carry-on). She was denied boarding because her study permit had not been issued yet, even though she received an email from Canada stating she could have her biometric data taken upon arrival. Last year when we travelled to NL, our flights were frequently changed, and my husband and I couldn't even get seats together. This year, the same thing happened with our flights being continuously changed. Dealing with long wait times of at least 1 & 1/2 hours on the phone to improve our flight situations became frustrating. Unfortunately, our son fell ill and we had to alter our flights again. Opting for the flex option, we believed changes would be free, but we were surprised by over $[redacted] in charges for the three flights due to our son's sickness. This seemed unreasonable to me. Although we fly with Air Canada annually, considering the circumstances, we are contemplating driving next year. I am currently missing three pieces of luggage from my trip. On August 14th, I was supposed to fly from PVG-Shanghai to Seattle with a connection in Vancouver on flights AC26 and AC8093. However, an emergency occurred on AC26 causing a delay, and AC8093 was subsequently canceled. I spoke to an Air Canada agent in Vancouver who rebooked me on flights AC558 to LA and AS1353 to Seattle, but my luggage did not make it onto these flights. Despite contacting Air Canada and Alaska Airlines, my bags have not been located. Air Canada informed me that my luggage was not at LAX and suggested I file a claim upon reaching my final destination. It has been five days since then, and my bags are still at Jazz Aviation without any updates on the tracking portal. I tried calling Air Canada without success and was informed by Alaska Airlines that it may take up to a month to locate my luggage. I am uncertain if Air Canada is actively searching for my bags.

I booked first-class tickets on Air Canada for two passengers, one of whom relies on a wheelchair and the other is a senior citizen. The original travel dates in December had to be changed to January [redacted], which we were informed about. The subsequent change had an unmanageable layover for the passenger in a wheelchair, leading us to cancel the booking with Cheapoair offering the option to rebook. Due to COVID-19, we rescheduled the trip for October [redacted] with a partial fare loss. When trying to cancel by the deadline per Air Canada's policy in July, Cheapoair was unhelpful, suggesting we contact the airline directly, and was not transparent about transferring our case. As a lifetime elite member of AC, I used my electronic boarding pass at the Toronto Maple Leaf Lounge recently. Unfortunately, I was denied entry by Mohammed due to my status not being visible on the electronic pass. Despite previous incidents being resolved with a paper boarding pass from helpful agents, Mohammed was uncooperative and rude, only reluctantly checking my aeroplan number and providing a boarding pass after I insisted. As a longstanding aeroplan member since [redacted] and lifetime elite, I was taken aback by Mohammed's behavior. I believe my experience warrants a discussion with Mohammed and a written apology for the rude treatment.

I flew from Toronto to Vancouver on Air Canada flight AC101 on August 4th. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it onto the flight. I have a white Heys box with a rainbow strap outside. The baggage was processed at Toronto Pearson Airport, where I paid for excess weight. I recommend reading the [redacted] UN Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights. Air Canada is currently in violation by mandating the Covid-19 vaccine, which is classified as gene therapy, not a vaccine. The patents were denied vaccine status. Mandating an experimental shot goes against UN bioethics and human rights, potentially leading Air Canada and those behind the mandate to the International Criminal Court. The Covid-19 vaccine has caused harm, even to infants. This violates the UN declaration, domestic and international human rights laws, Canada's Supreme Court ruling, and the Canadian Constitution. The right to choose is protected by the UN declaration and supported by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The Canadian media may also be breaching this declaration, as individuals cannot be coerced into medical treatment against their will, even if recommended by doctors or Air Canada executives. Air Canada is wrong and in violation of the UN declaration, Canadian Charter, and Supreme Court ruling.

During my recent trip from San Francisco to Lisbon with a layover in Toronto, I encountered an issue during check-in. Arriving just an hour before my flight (running late, I admit), the Air Canada representative at the counter mentioned the international security requirement of an hour, even though the terminal was empty and I had previous international travel experience. Unable to board the flight, I had to rebook with United to make it to Portugal on time for my meetings.
