We made a reservation for our flight 8 months ago, including paying extra for premium seats and early selection. Unfortunately, just one week before our trip, our itinerary was modified, moving us 12+ rows back from the premium seats we had paid for. It's frustrating that we cannot get through to anyone over the phone, and no one has returned our calls or emails. With our flight approaching in a week, the stress is mounting. We intended the premium seats for our toddler to have more space during the flight, and this sudden change has inconvenienced us and wasted our money. We hope for someone to reach out to us promptly to discuss this issue and arrange appropriate compensation.

My daughter received a text offering her the opportunity to make $8,[redacted] through Cash App. Since she didn't have an account before, she created one to receive the money. The person asking for the money requested she buy Steam Gift cards to receive the funds. After sending the gift cards, the person made excuses and my daughter suspects she is being scammed. She is a minor, and the person has used offensive language when she declines to make additional purchases. Despite spending $[redacted] on Steam cards, she has not received the promised money. Although she informed the person she no longer wished to proceed, he insists that the money has been processed. My daughter has kept records of all transactions and conversations with this individual.

I need assistance with my return flight. The rescheduled landing time doesn't work for me, and I can't reach anyone by phone. I've made other plans for my return and would like to use the credit for a future flight. Please keep the outgoing flight as it is. My confirmation number is TF42EV. Please contact me before making any changes. Thank you.

I am reaching out for a friend whose husband, Gary O., recently passed away. We discovered he missed several business flights from Castlegar to Toronto on Dec 5 and 6 under itinerary number TCRPFN. We were unaware of these bookings at the time. Is there a procedure in place to request a refund for these missed flights or perhaps a credit for a family member to use at a later date? Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I need clarification on how to handle oversize baggage such as a bicycle. Do I need to provide my own wooden box for the bike or is there a specific container I should use? Additionally, I am planning to bring both corded and uncorded power tools on my upcoming flight. Can I bring the batteries in my carry-on luggage? I am concerned about the safety of my tools in checked baggage. Can you ensure they will not be stolen? Should I consider locking the bags for extra security? My flight itinerary is from Kelowna to Antigua with a layover in Toronto. Thank you, Wayne.

My Air Canada flight was delayed for 40 minutes because of plane cleaning, causing me to miss my connecting Air Canada flight. When I tried to rebook, the next available flight was 22 hours later. They didn't offer any accommodation, citing weather issues, which seemed inaccurate because they didn't start boarding until 11:50 when the scheduled departure was at 11:45, and everything wasn't ready until 12:20.

Hello, I am having trouble reaching your phone service. I have a flight scheduled with you on Monday, but I am unwell. I was unaware that flying while sick could cause ear pressure issues, leading me to feel dizzy and miss my connecting flight. I have since begun taking antibiotics, but they require five days to take effect. I am looking to reschedule my flight from Monday to Wednesday so that the medication has a chance to work. Cheapoair, through whom I made the booking, suggested contacting you for assistance. However, I am unable to connect with your customer service line.

I need to change my flight on February 26, [redacted], with Air Canada departing at 2:45 PM. The airline rescheduled my original flight, causing me to arrive in Florida with no one to pick me up. I hope the change can be made without charging a fee, as it was the airline's rescheduling that prompted this request. The booking agent mentioned resolving this issue with Air Canada, given the circumstances. The updated flights are as follows: From: Toronto, ON (YYZ-Pearson Intl.) To: Fort Lauderdale, FL (FLL-Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood Intl.) New Departure: 2:45 PM New Arrival: 6:00 PM Your understanding and assistance are greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tania K. My daughter is currently stranded in Toronto due to a cancelled flight. They rescheduled for tonight after providing accommodation yesterday, but the bus to the airport had to turn back. She's worried about missing her connecting flight tomorrow from Brussels to London Heathrow. Ellie, being 19, is starting to panic. What advice can you provide us during this situation, please?

Hello everyone, I recently received a notification about a change in my flight with a layover and was given the option to switch flights or cancel. I spent a couple of hours on the phone with an agent trying to find the best alternative, but unfortunately, the call got disconnected. I've been trying to get in touch for a few days now without success. I really need to speak to someone to resolve this issue as I am now inclined to cancel the changed flight. Can someone please reach out to me? Thank you, - D.S. [redacted]

I flew with Air Canada on December 7th, a Saturday, on Flight No. [redacted]. I purchased priority seating on November 25th, [redacted]. Today, December 16th, [redacted], I noticed I was charged for priority seating again. Additionally, there were two charges for my two suitcases, one of which was refunded today. I am understanding of paying once, but being charged twice is unacceptable. Please rectify this error promptly. My name is Catherine Mac Neil.

I am reaching out regarding my wife and daughter's booking made through CheapOAir with booking number #[redacted]7 PAG3WD. Originally, they were scheduled to fly from LAS to YVR on January 21 on Flt #[redacted] and return on February 4 on Flt #[redacted]. Due to a complete overhaul of the flight schedule by the airline, both of these flights have been canceled. They have been rebooked on departing Flt #[redacted], and for the return, supposedly Flt #AC8844 on February 4th. However, CheapOAir is now attempting to confirm a return flight on FLT #AC1896 Non-Stop YVR to LAS on February 5. Despite numerous attempts via email, case number CAS-[redacted]-P8P0H2, no response has been received. Please respond to this message or directly contact CheapOair with a solution. Getting this itinerary finalized is crucial as my daughter has already had to alter her return flight from Las Vegas due to the initial schedule change. For a prompt resolution, kindly reply to my email or contact my wife at [redacted]. Eagerly awaiting your swift response. Thank you in advance, Myles M.

Air Canada recently modified my flight and issued a new reference number. I now need to adjust one passenger's flight within the booking. Despite attempting to do this online through "My Bookings," it informs me that changes cannot be made on the website and prompts me to contact Air Canada Reservations. However, every time I try to call, I receive a notification that I cannot be placed on hold or reach a representative. How should I proceed with altering the flight when I am unable to connect with anyone or make modifications online?

I have a question regarding baggage allowance on my flight. The first bag weighing 23 kg is free of charge. The second bag incurs a fee of [redacted] CAD/USD. I want to confirm if the weight limit for the second bag is 32 kg, in which case I would need to pay [redacted] USD, or if the weight limit is 23 kg, meaning I would have to pay [redacted] USD only if the weight exceeds 23 kg. Could you clarify this for me? My flight reference is MUGR7E. Thank you.

My flight to PHL from Montreal got canceled. I was rerouted to Toronto to catch another flight. Unfortunately, upon arrival, US customs was closed, and I missed the flight. I had to book a hotel in Toronto out of pocket because of the airline's error. Now, I need to arrange a new flight to PHL in the morning, but I've been unable to reach customer service over the phone. I have not been rebooked automatically, and assistance is needed to resolve this issue promptly.

I was scheduled to fly from Edmonton to Calgary on 13/12-19, then from Calgary to Frankfurt and finally to Billund (booking reference: O3MNFT). Due to snow and issues in Calgary, we ended up in Toronto instead. We had to stay in a hotel in Calgary for a night (for which you covered the cost), but we arrived home a day later than planned. This caused difficulties at work, especially for my husband who has lung disease and underwent cancer surgery. I am hopeful that we can receive some compensation for the extra night in Toronto and the resulting inconveniences. Sincerely, Dorte H. Jensen.

Subject: Issue with Seat Change Fee on Rescheduled Flight with Air Canada Hello, my family and I are booked on Air Canada flight [redacted] for Dec 19. We previously paid $62.00 per person to switch our 5 seats from the back to Row 12 & 13, totaling around $[redacted].00. Due to weather conditions, the flight was canceled and rescheduled to AC8876 on Dec 20. Upon attempting to check in online, I discovered that our seats had been reassigned to rows 15-17. To move back to our original seats at Row 12-13, which we had already paid for, Air Canada is asking for an additional $62.00 per person. This seems unreasonable as we are essentially being charged twice for the same seat change. If we are unable to have the seat change fee waived, we request a refund of the $[redacted].00 we initially paid, as the service was not provided. I have tried contacting customer service without success, which has been frustrating. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have a reservation with the reference number U6ZQ4D. When I purchased my tickets, there was a requirement to inform the airline about traveling with a baby post-purchase. I contacted customer service, registered my baby, and paid the necessary taxes. However, the representative I spoke with made an error in recording my baby's name. Instead of George Neo Gautier, the name was entered as Master Georgeleo. This discrepancy will not match his passport. This issue is time-sensitive as my flight is scheduled for this Friday. The mistake was made by the customer service agent, not by us. Could you please contact me at [redacted].

I had two tickets for Flight AC7645 on December 18th at 9:05, which got canceled. I spent three hours in line at the airport for rebooking or cancellation assistance. With kids at home and an injured husband, I couldn't take the rebooked flight suggested by the staff. They told me to contact customer service for a refund. I've been trying to call since yesterday but can't get through due to the high call volume. I had to pay $[redacted].00 for a ride to Montreal out of necessity. I would greatly appreciate assistance with a refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your help. Shiffy
