Additionally, I was billed for excess baggage even though I have over [redacted],[redacted] miles in my Aeroplan account, which should have waived this fee. Hello, I am writing to seek assistance regarding a flight schedule change for my upcoming trip from Edmonton to Toronto on Feb 8, [redacted], connecting to a flight to Cancun on Feb 9, [redacted]. I recently received a notification about a time change to our Edmonton to Toronto flight which conflicts with our prior commitments in Toronto. I am looking to possibly change to Flight AC168 departing Edmonton at 11:55 a.m. and arriving in Toronto at 17:35 p.m. Since this change was initiated by Air Canada and not requested by us, I hope it is possible to switch to a more suitable flight time for us as customers. I have been facing difficulties reaching Air Canada's Customer Service by phone and would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you for your support. (1) Our previous reservation was for 3 adults traveling to Europe with booking # LNKL3Z. We flew from YYJ to LIS on April 5 and returned from BRU to YYJ on May 3. The total airfare paid was $4,[redacted].47. (2) The current online fare for the same flights is $3,[redacted].05 with booking # UP8AYB, resulting in savings of $[redacted].42. I booked two flights this morning with Air Canada, but I have not received the invoices for the flights from Toronto to Costa Rica on February 2nd and returning on February 12th. I have tried calling Air Canada's customer service number throughout the day, but have only encountered an automated message. I kindly request the invoices for the two flights. The booking references are TTKOJF and TSD5JS. The names on the bookings are Eva Misiura and Wieslawa Paszel.

I flew on AC554 from YVR to LAX on November 21, [redacted]. Originally, I had a later flight booked and I decided to change it to AC554 on AirCanada.com. I agreed to the change fee, but before reaching the confirmation part to print a receipt, the website malfunctioned and I was logged out. Upon reentering, I saw that the change went through, but I couldn't get a receipt for the change fee and fare difference. I kindly request a receipt for these fees. Thank you.

Flight AC7708 has been cancelled. Booking ID SPFRMV. My son, R.U., who is 18 years old, is currently stuck in Toronto. He waited in line for 2 hours after his connecting flight got cancelled, only to be informed that he needed to call to change his flight. Unfortunately, his phone is running low on battery. I am in Ireland and have been on hold for 68 minutes trying to reach an agent. We urgently need to reschedule his flight from Toronto to IAD to ROA. He has also been informed that he has to wait for his bag, which may take an additional 3 hours. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We booked flights today and intend to bring our cat with us. However, we are unable to register our pet online as instructed by Air Canada's website. We need to call Air Canada Reservations for this task within 24 hours of booking, which we did around 11 a.m. today. Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to reach Air Canada over the phone.

I utilized an $[redacted] ecoupon for a trip that expired tonight at midnight. Unfortunately, my husband mistakenly booked a trip to Maui, which we later realized we can't visit with our newborn baby. After canceling the Maui reservation, we tried to book a trip to LA but encountered an issue where the ecoupon balance showed as $0. Despite being on hold with customer service for 2 hours, we have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. We are now unsure how to proceed with booking our revised trip without guidance from an agent. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I made two flight bookings for my son Max to come for Christmas using booking numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. Initially, the reservation was under my name instead of his. After calling to correct it, a new booking number was provided, but again, my name was listed. I spoke with Melissa from Montreal on Dec 3, [redacted], at 7:39 am. She mentioned a possible refund and asked me to wait for further communication from Air Canada. I simply need the passenger's name corrected on the ticket so my son can board the flight as planned, including the return on Dec 2nd to Timmins. I wish to avoid any unnecessary changes and additional charges for a flight I've already paid for.

I received an email on Sunday informing me that my AC Rouge flight [redacted] was cancelled and I was rebooked on AC1837, 12 hours earlier. The message advised me to contact the Call Centre if I needed to adjust my new itinerary. Upon checking the website, I discovered that my return flight no longer appears to exist, as I couldn't find it under both the new and old booking reference codes. It seems like the booking for my return flight was also cancelled. Despite trying to reach the Call Centre and their [redacted] number over six times within 24 hours, I keep getting a message stating no messages are being taken, and I should call back later. I have also submitted a complaint through the AC website but have yet to receive a response. Can someone please advise me on what steps to take next?

Regarding reservation Number MIANHI. Our family intended to travel from Montreal to Calgary on December 24th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have recently been diagnosed with a severe illness, and medical professionals have advised against flying due to the high risk associated with my condition. My daughter has made alternate travel arrangements to come to Montreal since I am unable to fly. I would like to inquire about the possibility of receiving a refund for the family tickets booked under reservation MIANHI, considering the circumstances surrounding my illness. I have a flight booked on December 11th from Vancouver to Terrace, and I would like to bring my pet along. Last year, I had to cancel a flight to Canada due to my wife’s illness with Shingles. As a result, I received a credit voucher from the airline for our return flight. However, due to our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary next year, I hadn't intended to go back to Canada until [redacted]. Despite using your service, I have not found a solution to my problem. I am eager to reserve a flight for my wife for this upcoming Saturday using the Air Canada credit that I obtained when I had to cancel her September 27 flight from Los Angeles International Airport to Montreal Trudeau Airport (flight AC798). The original booking reference number was K28APZ. I made a flight reservation through Marlin Travel in Duncan, B.C. for a trip from Nanaimo to Calgary, but there was an error in the first name on my travel documents. I addressed the issue with the agent, who initially refused to correct it until three days before my flight. The manager provided vague responses and echoed the same sentiment. Another agency informed me that the correction should be made promptly and at no cost to me. I seek advice on the correct course of action. I was supposed to pick up passengers F. and E. Poole on December 3rd at Tampa airport. They informed me they would arrive on flight [redacted] from Toronto. Despite waiting for them in the baggage area, they never showed up. Even after paging them and searching until late at night, they were not found.
