I, Margret Huddleston, flew on AC*** on November **, **** from YVR to LAX. Originally I was booked on a flight later in the day, and I went onto AirCanada.com and there changed it to AC***. I agreed to a change fee, but before it reached the end (confirmation) part of the process, where I would normally be able to print a receipt, the website malfunctioned and kicked me out. I went back in and noticed that the change had gone through, but I was unable to print a receipt for the change fee plus any fare difference. I need a receipt for those fees, please and thank you.
