Booking reference QCNEZV*Talked to your agent booked ** flights, was also charged $****.**, email he took was wrong, waited & waited for the email, accordingly he was suppose to book for July *nd **** & did for July *rd, *****Brothers & wife were going for funeral, beaverment which on Thursday the *th, special thing was going on tomorrow evening & without proper listening he booked it, everybody were ready to go to the airport & I said let me call again, waited on the phone for an hr or more found out he had wrong email, wrong persons name he had input, boy!! This was soo frustrating can’t belive how he can do everything wrong on this occasion, no reference no, no booking no, wrong amount quoted in the first place, I asked him twice if it was included with taxes $*** & change per person & also made sure the booking was for July *nd tonight till July *th, from Edmonton to Toronto Back, can’t believe this !!!!!*So tonight travel from Toronto to Edmonton & Back on the *th of July. I told Dave, your Guy has made mistake & he did confirm, but he didn’t know where he can find him!!! So update with this matter, I don’t even know what to do, I requested Dave if he can accommodate day time flight but he said he was not able to do it, I would really appreciate if u can look into it before tomorrow, right now my sister has passed away & I had to cancel all the * flights, can u imagine, I am a frequent flyer of Air Canada **** & this is what I go through, u have no words to express, also one of our passengers name was spelt wrong!!! Don’t know what to do!!!! July *rd & *th July very important days for the Beaverment . I hope u r going to something for me, right now I am in tears. Thank u soo much
