Dear gethuman...*I booked * return flights for myself and my son do that we could meet my daughter, Amy, in Canada after she completes her hike along the Pacific Crest Trail...*We wanted to celebrate her incredible achievement and have a first, once in a lifetime family holiday in a country we'd always wanted to visit...*The problem is that Amy didn't realise that any time spent in Canada would have to fall within in her ** days waiver, and spending time with her family after her hike, between *st and **th August, would take her * days over her limit...*Amy had to change her return flight from **th to *nd August (her last permitted day), before being allowed to fly out to Los Angeles from Gatwick on *th May...*As it stands, I am booked to fly to Calgary with my son to celebrate my daughter's incredible achievement - without her...*The worst part of this disaster is that the money that was funding this first family holiday ever only came to me because my mum died last year, and as much as she would have been so happy for us to have the experience, she would now be devastated (as I am) to be faced with losing so much money for nothing...*The holiday has lost all meaning and purpose and there is no question if me being out in Canada instead of being here to welcome my daughter home...*Ideally, even though my tickets are officially non refundable, I would like to cancel my booking and get my money back... *I'm not looking to change or postpone the dates as there is simply not enough of a reason to justify such a trip - such an expense - at another time...*I have tried all the numbers I've been given with no luck, and cannot make international calls from my mobile...*There is no customer service email and without s landline I've done everything I can...**I really hope you can help...**Diane Lewis
