You have promised during our conversation that only *'* weeks for the refund process but as of the moment still there is no amount credit in my Master Card. I am looking for prompt response and action in this matter. I already made call twice yesterday to Expedia and I am calling overseas from Philippines. Please give me update and explanation on this matter.
