My family and I travelled to Holgu*n Cuba on Wednesday February * and one baggage was lost. We are incredibly frustrated and anger because it has been two days of trying to locate it and spending money*trying to find clothes that actually fit at the resort. I know the airline compensates after ** hours but we are spending money that we don’t necessarily have. I want to be compensated not only for our purchased items but also two days of our vacation. This is absolutely ridiculous and such a waste of our first couple days when we are promised a comfortable relaxing flight and stay.
