I sent a bereavement claim on ** October **** along with all the necessary documentation. I got an email from Air Canada acknowledging the claim and saying I should check back in * to * weeks so I checked back today and it said the claim was closed on ** October **** i.e the day I put it though. I was not emailed or provided any reason why I would not qualify and I have no way to speak to anyone. I am extremely unhappy. My father was sick for a long time in the last ** months of his life I flew back several times with Air Canada and flew my entire family over for his memorial service and I can't even get a courtesy email!
