Help with my Air Canada issue

Requested to change a flight. Flight was originally booked through *rd party. Was told they were not able to make changes through air Canada unless it was less than ** hours before the flight. I asked for him to look up the flight since I knew there were limited seats and couldn’t wait until ** hours before. Agent was trying to be helpful and changed the flight. However even after given the airport, flight number and time. The wrong airport was booked. Called to correct airport location. Agent was abrupt and unfriendly. Said flight was now ***.** more than what I paid. I asked to speak with a manager. “There’s no manager”. I said I need to escalate this issue. No you can’t this is the price. I asked for the customer service line for complaints. Was told there is none. You can file online. I said I know there’s mangers when will one be in. She said *am you can call back. I said instead of waiting another half hour on the phone can you give them my name and number when someone gets in and have them call me. No. So far I’ve dealt with an incorrect booking, and agent who was neither helpful or pleasant and have to wait to call again with a good chance the intended flight will book in the meantime.
GetHuman-danakeye did not yet indicate what Air Canada should do to make this right.
