to let Air Canada know that there may be an issue with baggage handling in Boston Logan or Ottawa ... Ref. AC**** ** July ******My wife and I traveled on the referenced flight. After unpacking our bags, we noticed that we were missing an item that had been in the case. The item (one of two) was a blue delft tile in a cardboard container with Holland America Line on the opening flap. The only time that the luggage was out of our control was after handing in at Boston airport and pick up in Ottawa.*I realize that the item will probably not be returned, but I feel that you should be aware of the circumstance.
The missing item was a gift from Holland America on our recent cruise.
