I didn't buy cancellation insurance. My husband had a stroke & because we can't use the tickets, I want to transfer my tickets to my son & daughter-in-law. I'm asking you to make an exception in my case. We were going to the Calgary Stampede and sending our kids is almost better than going ourselves(sort of). *My ticket * is AC****-***********Ref*LDGA*V name on tickets- EVANS KENNETH W MR* EVANS WANDA ANNE MRS**--Wanda Evans.
We have been told we could pay $***.** and re-book another flight, the problem being that we were to go to the Calgary Stampede. Although my husband should make a full recovery, waiting another year to go does seem uncertain.
My husband and I have been customers of Air Canada for about ** years. I had a ** hr. delay out of Toronto when flying to Ireland. The experience was not made better because of the way staff have to give out so little information, but things have certainly changed since the 'old days'.
