I booked a room at the Centennial Hotel through Agoda for November 13, [redacted], with an intended arrival time between 12 pm to 1 am. Despite arriving at 1:30 am, the hotel clerks refused to let me in until 4:30 am, claiming I missed the November 13 booking period. They insisted I pay for the room again to access it, threatening to cancel my booking unless I complied. I reluctantly paid, being assured by the clerk that I could reschedule at any time. However, when I tried to reschedule, they directed me back to Agoda, even though they already received my payment. I am now requesting an immediate refund of the booking amount to my bank debit card. Hello, I am in desperate need of help. I made a booking on my mobile phone with Booking ID [redacted]01. The total price for the reservation is not displayed clearly. Once I confirmed the booking, I realized the price shown earlier was only for one night, not three. Unfortunately, the system did not give me a chance to review before finalizing. I now see there is no option for a full refund if I cancel. I am unable to afford the amount that has been charged to my credit card. Please, I urgently need assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out because we made a reservation through the Agoda app. We have a screenshot of the booking confirmation; however, we cannot locate the email confirmation, and it is not showing up in "My Bookings." Unfortunately, the person who made the booking cannot recall which account was used for the reservation under the booking confirmation number: [redacted], made on November 8, [redacted]. I recently booked a room at Paripas Patong hotel for a friend visiting from South Africa. Unfortunately, due to the current travel restrictions, South Africans are unable to enter Thailand, and Agoda is not providing a refund for this booking. I have tried contacting Paripas hotel for assistance, but they directed me to AGODA. The cost of the booking is approximately 9000THB, which is a significant amount for me to lose considering the circumstances beyond my control. It is frustrating that South Africa is on the banned list despite vaccination, sandboxing, and negative PCR tests. The situation seems unreasonable.

I have sent multiple emails, messages via their live chat which is malfunctioning, made several phone calls, and tried contacting them on WhatsApp without any response. My family of five, including two adults and three children, arrived at the hotel on December 16th. We had pre-booked two hotel rooms through agoda.com. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly charged an additional [redacted] baht. Despite being told we would have full board, we only received breakfast for two this morning, not for all five of us. The hotel staff mentioned there would be no lunch or dinner included. Furthermore, the swimming pool was closed without any prior notice on their website. It was disappointing to have to pay extra upon arrival and not receive the services as promised.

Dear Sir, I have been trying to reach Agoda for the past three months regarding my refund. Despite sending numerous emails and attempting to call both provided phone numbers, I have been unable to make contact. I had made a reservation for a hotel in Mauritius for two nights, but was unable to check in due to my unvaccinated daughter. I made a reservation at The Pyramid Grams Oasis using booking ID [redacted]06 through Agoda. Upon arrival, the hotel did not recognize my booking for The Pyramid status, and allocated us a room under the "Grand Oasis" package instead of the VIP room we had reserved online. Despite showing them the confirmation email specifying The Pyramid room, they were uncooperative and suggested contacting Agoda. The staff's demeanor was disappointing and unprofessional. I feel let down and believe I did not receive the services I paid for. I hope Agoda can promptly resolve this issue to salvage the rest of our vacation.

I made a reservation for two nights at Birlik Apart Hotel in Istanbul. Unfortunately, the reality of the hotel does not match the advertisements or reviews. I am willing to stay for one night but would like to cancel the second night and receive a refund for it. As a solo female traveler, I am concerned about my safety at this location. The room lacks heating, the curtains do not close properly, the shower is in the toilet area, and the amenities promised are not provided.

Subject: Issue with Booking ID [redacted]80 To Whom It May Concern, I attempted to book a hotel from December 8, [redacted], to December 13, [redacted], but encountered a problem during the confirmation process. Upon arrival, the room assigned to me had a messy bed, a television on, and someone in the bathroom. I immediately went to reception but they had no other rooms available. Unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate me, so I left. The hotel agreed to refund the charge to my card the next day, but the responsible person wasn't present until Monday. The refund has still not been processed. Additionally, a few days prior, I made a cancellation with Agoda, but the "free" cancellation charge has not been refunded to my card as promised.

Unfortunately, Ethiopian Airlines did not allow me to board due to a new directive from Emirates authorities requiring a Covid test during transit, which I couldn't get in time during my layover in Addis Ababa. To Whom It May Concern, I had a recent booking with you (#[redacted]30) which was impacted by a Covid-19 outbreak. Unfortunately, my plans had to be canceled due to the circumstances. I should not be charged for a booking that is beyond my control. I made the room reservation on 12/9/21 and the cancellation option was only available until the 12th of December. I made a reservation with confirmation number [redacted]74. The reservation included the following: "Risk-free booking! You can cancel until June 18, [redacted], without any charges." However, I have already been charged on my credit card. I request a refund for this charge because there are still 5 months left before I can use the reservation, and the hotel has confirmed that they have not received any payment. This implies that AGODA has charged in advance, which is very disappointing!

Good morning, Yesterday night, I received a call from the hotel informing me that they are unable to proceed with check-in for my booking due to tariff issues. This situation has been quite embarrassing. They even mentioned that they would charge extra for the last two days of our stay. I was asked to check out around 11 pm because of the tariff dispute with agoda. This inconvenience is especially challenging as I am here with my family, including a baby. I made a reservation at a hotel in Elegant Circle Cebu through the website agoda.com. However, upon arrival, they could not locate my booking in their system. I provided my voucher, booking details, and email confirmation showing that the reservation was paid for. To expedite the process, they requested a deposit of 1k to stay for the night while they confirmed my booking. Upon checking out, they informed me that the reservation made through agoda.com did not show up on their end and advised me to seek a refund from the booking platform. I am currently in the process of seeking this refund and would appreciate a prompt response from agoda.com.

Hello, I have a question about my cancelled booking at Azure Paranaque. Today, we canceled our reservation as we cannot afford the required PCR tests mentioned in your property policies. When Agoda.com issued a refund, they only refunded [redacted].00 out of around 7,[redacted].00. I would like to clarify a few things: 1. What type of PCR test is needed? 2. I recently booked a stay at the Grand Palace Hotel and Spa in Yercaud from December 21, [redacted], to December 23, [redacted], under the name Sukanta Ganguli. Hello. I arrived at Loyfa Natural Resort for my booking today. Both their website and the Agoda listing advertise a restaurant, but upon arrival, I discovered it is closed, and the closest restaurants are a ten-minute drive away. This doesn't fit with my plans for a 9-night stay. The resort staff were sympathetic about my concerns and suggested contacting you about cancelling my reservation.
