I booked a stay at Hotel Le Dupleix Pondicherry through agoda.com from December 13th to 18th with Booking ID [redacted]53. I paid the total amount for my stay with taxes included (INR 57,[redacted].92) online. However, I have not received any confirmation and the website shows my booking as canceled without explanation. Can you please investigate this issue and provide me with the confirmation? Thank you.

I recently experienced a challenging situation where I had a reservation at a hotel after a long 9-hour drive to rest for 3 hours at 4 am. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they informed me that I could only check in at 3 pm. This was particularly difficult as I needed to attend my mother's funeral in Tallahassee at 1 pm and then drive to Tampa, Florida. I attempted to cancel the reservation promptly, but the system did not allow me, and the hotel mentioned they were unable to assist as well. To add to the difficulty, I was already charged for the booking.

Hello, I accidentally canceled my room reservation in the hopes of upgrading to a better room. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find out that there would be no refund of the rm425 I paid. This loss is significant to me, and I wasn't aware that canceling would result in no refund. If I had known, I would not have made the cancellation. I would appreciate your understanding of my situation. Losing rm425 due to my intention to upgrade the room was not intentional. Please consider returning the money so that I can proceed with upgrading to a better room.

I made a booking, received confirmation, but keep getting this message. Everything's fine with the credit card. Then we made a new booking, and again, got this message... Please respond! If you do not provide new credit card details within the specified timeframe, the reservation will be canceled, and our system will send you a cancellation email. I reserved a premium sea view chalet at Living Room in Goa via Agoda, only to arrive and be informed that this room type wasn't available. The management handled the situation poorly, lacked manners, and failed to offer a satisfactory resolution after hours of arguing. Upon revisiting the website, I noticed that the room they offered was significantly cheaper than what I paid through Agoda. When I requested a refund for the price difference, they advised me to continuously check the app for price fluctuations, creating confusion by mentioning deluxe and premium rooms and shifting blame to Agoda. As three stranded girls in Goa, we are seeking assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining a full refund. Thank you.

I made a booking online at HGC Hotel in Akola, but when I arrived, the hotel staff refused to honor the booking due to [redacted] Restrictions. Despite paying online this afternoon, I was unable to check-in. I need assistance with obtaining a refund and canceling the booking. Dear Customer Service, I booked a hotel room through your site for my Thai friend under reservation number [redacted]43. Unfortunately, when my friend tried to register on the PASS THAILAND app, the hotel was not on the approved list provided by the government, resulting in the request being denied. Booking ID: [redacted]01 Hotel: Raintree Hotel Rolla Booking Date: September 11th I had booked this hotel but when I tried to pay by card, the hotel insisted on payment in person before my check-in date. This required me to rearrange my schedule and rush to the hotel to make the payment just to confirm my booking. The staff at the reception were very impolite, making me wait for an hour on December 8th for a booking on December 11th. It is confusing to book online only to have to visit the hotel in advance to confirm the booking. Online booking should simplify the process, not complicate it. This defeats the purpose of online booking. Please explain why this hotel is still on your platform if payments must be made in person before the reservation date.

I have cancelled my booking, and this is reflected on my end. However, the accommodation has not processed the cancellation, and despite providing screenshots, they are unable to cancel from their side. I have been unable to speak to a human representative as the automated system does not recognize my booking number, which is no surprise since it has been cancelled. This has resulted in the call being disconnected. I booked a hotel stay at Apple Penang Hotel from December 11th to December 12th and made a full payment. However, upon calling the hotel, I was informed that it is permanently closed. I am extremely disappointed by this situation and would like a refund for my booking. It is frustrating that the hotel is still listed on Agoda despite being closed. I urge Agoda to address this issue promptly as I need alternate accommodation for December 11th to 12th.

I was disappointed with the hotel we booked. It was located far from amenities like restaurants, shops, and the beach. Upon seeing our room, we promptly checked out. I mistakenly booked a room for the wrong night. When I tried to correct it on Agoda just 10 minutes away from the hotel, I couldn't change the date or cancel the reservation. I explained the situation to the hotel staff, who suggested I cancel the reservation with Agoda to avoid charges for the night I didn't intend to book. I paid the hotel directly for tonight, and now I need to cancel tomorrow's reservation. Since I couldn't modify the reservation without realizing it until after I paid, I believe I shouldn't incur any fees for the cancellation.

I made a reservation at Novotel Hotel Kochi Kakkanad for December 23-24, [redacted], today at around 5:12 pm. I completed the payment of Rs. [redacted], however, after the transaction, I was redirected to the booking page without receiving a confirmation email or booking ID. I mistakenly made a non-refundable reservation on Booking.com. Upon contacting the hotel, I discovered the booking was actually made through Agoda, a partner offer. Despite my attempt to email the hotel for cancellation, I received no response. When I called the hotel, I was instructed to contact Agoda. Upon reaching out to Agoda, they were unable to locate the booking confirmation number I provided. What should my next steps be in this situation?

I attempted to book a room, but my payment failed. I received an email from Agoda stating that the booking did not go through and I didn't get a confirmation, with booking ID "[redacted]59". I tried again with a different card, it went through successfully, and I received a confirmation email with booking ID "[redacted]03". Today, I received another email with the same message as the failed transaction, but with booking ID "[redacted]27". I'm unsure if my booking is still valid or if it was cancelled. Thank you, K. I encountered a payment issue causing my card to be declined. The hotel adjusted my reservation for flexibility but I am having trouble making the payment through Agoda. When I select "Payment collected by the property at any time" and attempt to get an e-receipt by email, I receive a message saying it's unavailable online and that I should contact the property during check-in. Despite reaching out to the hotel for the receipt, they advised me to contact Agoda support. I was informed that payment pre-arrival is necessary to secure my stay. I canceled booking number [redacted]34 on November 20, [redacted]. I received a confirmation email from your representative assuring me of a refund, but unfortunately, I have not received the money back yet. I cannot locate this booking number and have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service via phone or online after numerous attempts. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I simply wish to have my money reimbursed.

Hello, I recently attempted to book a stay at the Golden Resort & Spa in Calangute, Goa for December 9th to December 11th, [redacted]. However, after I made a payment of Rs [redacted].47 via my SBI credit card on the Agoda app, the page refreshed, and I did not receive a booking confirmation or a voucher. When I contacted the resort, they informed me that there was no booking under my name and suggested that the issue may lie with Agoda. I now feel misled by Agoda.
