On March **, ****, the Philippine government imposed a strict quarantine due to Covid positive cases surge. One of the guidelines is only allowing essential travel in and out of Manila. My accommodation with Puerto Pension will be on April *-*, ****, and I would either like to cancel or rebook at a later date when quarantine is lifted by the government. The Agoda website is not helpful with an automated customer representative and no other contact details. **I hope I can get assistance here.
