For reference, your booking ID is *********. Super * by Wyndham Niagara Falls, **** Niagara Falls Boulevard, Niagara Falls (NY). I have booked * nights thru your company for a trip July **--July **, ****. Every booking HAD to be free cancellation because of the pandemic, our age ( all are over ** years), and available vaccine. I tried to be very careful, but somehow I booked this hotel, which in minutes, I realized that we wouldn't be able to stay there so I cancelled. Lo and behold, I was charged $***.**. Please, we are on limited income, and unable to 'throw away' our money. Have consideration on us and refund our money.*Elva C. Villareal
