Hello,**This is regarding my recent stay at Ramada Hotel, Musoorie for three nights from ** Jan to ** Jan, booking id is ***********I really want my absolute frustration with this stay as I had terrible experience and my stay was not at all pleasant* Firstly we were alloted a very unhygienic room with very small washroom with no hygiene. The room was close to reception area and there was too much of a noise of the staff. We could not even sleep and rest properly. The housekeeping staff was unresponsive and we had to remain in untidy room most of the times. The walls and doors were dirty and full of dust. The wifi had very slow speed and it did not work properly. I could not complete my office work due to this.**In a nutshell my experience was terrible and very frustrating. Me and my family made bookings in past from Agoda but this has happened to me very first time, we feel cheated and very disappointed.
GetHuman-cashehba did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
