Dear Customer Service, I made a flight reservation through Agoda for a trip from Mumbai to Kolhapur with booking ID [redacted]29 at 16:38. The payment was successfully processed using my credit card. Despite waiting for 6 hours after receiving the booking confirmation email, I have yet to receive any ticket or further confirmation. It has now been over 7 hours since the booking was made, and I am due to travel in the morning with no ticket in hand. Could you please expedite the issuance of my ticket as soon as possible, as I need to make travel arrangements to reach the airport on time. Thank you.

During our trip to North Bay, my sister and I stayed at the Quality Hotel on October 27 and 28, [redacted]. I had made a reservation over the phone two days in advance, providing my Visa card details. The hotel later asked us to register online, so my sister did so from her location and used her card. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us we had double-registered. They assured us they would cancel my initial request and refund my card. However, upon returning home, we discovered we were both charged for the room. I kindly request a refund of $90.84 to my credit card as per the promise made. The booking number is [redacted]78. I have a reservation at Huvan Beach Resort in Hulhumale, Maldives for my friend and me. The booking is under my name, Gregory Johnson, but now I need to add his name to the reservation. I recently spoke with Gwen at Pelican Properties regarding apartment [redacted] at Spinnaker Place. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that the apartment is not accurately represented on the Agoda website. The apartment is multilevel with steep stairs, which was not depicted in the 41 images or the description on the site. I had specifically chosen this for my father who is recovering from a fall and needs a single-level accommodation for safety near the hospital. Regrettably, this is not suitable, and I now need to urgently find alternative accommodation. I am willing to pay any cleaning fees but would like to inquire about the possibility of a refund. It seems that all properties in Baltimore listed by Pelican Properties have similar multilevel layouts, making it unsuitable for individuals with ADA needs. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Am 28.11. habe ich über Agoda das Intercity in Hamburg Barmbeck vom 27. bis 29. Dez gebucht. Leider ist das jetzt nicht mehr erlaubt, da der erneute lockdown beschlossen wurde. Übernachtungen mit dem Zweck von Familienbesuchen waren bis zum 01. Jan [redacted] gestattet. Ich habe nicht bemerkt, dass die Buchung nicht erstattungsfähig und stornierbar ist. Wir werden die Reise zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nachholen und ich würde einem Gutschein zustimmen. Obwohl wir reisen möchten, ist es uns nicht gestattet, im Hotel zu übernachten. Ich bitte um eine Rückmeldung.

I am currently dealing with internal bleeding and am unable to honor my booking. I have sent a medical letter via email as I will likely require hospitalization. I kindly request a full refund for the amount paid. It is disheartening that there is no point of contact available, and the hotel seems to be shirking responsibility. The financial investment is substantial, and I am already under immense stress dealing with my health concerns. I made a hotel booking in Brisbane through Agoda on 10/12/[redacted], and the payment was processed via PayPal. However, upon reviewing my PayPal account, I discovered that I was charged for two bookings instead of one. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Agoda, I have not been successful in resolving this issue. I wish to cancel both bookings because they were not what I intended to book, and they appear to be different from each other. Beste, ik ben de uitbaatster van B&B Decoster in Zuienkerke. Sinds ongeveer een jaar ontvang ik regelmatig boekingen van personen uit bijvoorbeeld Oekraïne via jullie website. Het gebeurt vaak dat deze boekingen de volgende dag als no show worden gemarkeerd omdat de klanten niet komen opdagen. Dit is erg vervelend voor mij omdat mijn 3 kamers hierdoor langdurig bezet blijven en niet door andere gasten geboekt kunnen worden. Zou het mogelijk zijn om dit probleem op te lossen door boekingen uit Rusland en Oekraïne voor onze accommodatie te weigeren? Als dit niet verandert, overweeg ik de juiste instanties in te schakelen om dit aan te kaarten. Ik heb gehoord dat ik niet de enige ben met dit probleem, dus wellicht is er een algemene oplossing mogelijk. Mocht dit verband houden met vrachtwagenchauffeurs die naar Zeebrugge komen en slechts een overnachtingsbewijs nodig hebben, kan dit een verklaring zijn.

I have a reservation at The Sydney Airport Stamford Hotel through Bookings.com, but it was arranged by Agoda. The booking details are as follows: Guest Name: B. Moriarty, Confirmation No: [redacted][redacted]8, Check-in No: [redacted]39, Pin Code: [redacted]. The check-in is on 26 Dec and check-out on 27 Dec. Due to Covid travel restrictions in Greater Sydney, I need to cancel the booking.
