This is to bring to your notice that I had attempted to book a room on***.*.** for *th December at La Place Sarovar Portico Hotel Lucknow through*your website. On the first attempt while making the payment the payment*gateway at the end of the process displayed 'error in payment' and no*booking confirmation was received. However, my account statement later*showed that the amount of INR ****.** had been deducted by your company.*Subsequently I tried to book a room at the same hotel for the same date and*successfully made the payment of INR ****.** again (Booking id NO.**********).**It is quite evident that I have paid twice for the same booking on **.*.***for which the amount was deducted from my account due to technical glitch*and no fault of mine.*It is requested that the overpayment of INR ****.** may please be refunded*into my account at the earliest.*Thanks*Santosh Kumar
