Hello I would like to cancel my booking for two bookings the numbers are ********* and *********. Due to Covid-** we can't go for a trip to Bangkok so I have already make for a cancellation at May but seems like wasn't successful and it don't show it at my cancellation list maybe is my negligence. I was realized that my cancellation wasn't successful at yesterday when I received an email from agoda. Thus, I would like to ask that can we get a refund on this two booking although it's over.

GetHuman-janeyeep did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
