I reserved a room at Best Western on the **th they would not give it to me because it was after midnight so I had to get on the **th I want to checking I was unaware of the $*** deposit on top of the hotel payment I've been doing with this issue for * days now I cannot contact you guys looking ID number was sent to the wrong email because a person who booked the room for me didn't put the right email in and I would like to have my money put back on my NetSpend Visa
