I understand that I chose non-refundable for these bookings, however it was done before the COVID-** pandemic started. **Now Singapore is still having the travel restriction, we will not be able to travel and enjoy the stay even if we want to. Besides that, we have a toddler with us, the more i can't travel. **I hope either Agoda or Pullman can refund me my bookings looking into the situation. I always booked non-refundable because we always went through with our staycation or travel plans before this pandemic. kindly advise
not that we do not want to travel but Singapore is still having travel restrictions to travel outside the country for leisure.
we always went forward with our travel plans, hence we never doubt to chose 'non-refundable' option.
