Hi I am trying to get a refund for a booking of a hotel in New Zealand that we cancelled due to COVID restrictions for travel. We booked through Booking.com but apparently it then booked it through Booking Basics which flips over to Agoda. Tried to find a contact for Agoda and got caught up with Resolver and went round in circles with them for a few weeks without any refund. What do I need to do to get the refund please?
