Help with my Agoda issue

Booking ID *********, unable to get through *** * as it hangs up after saying office currently closed.*My flight has been cancelled by Delta Airline, and I need to request a refund.

GetHuman-hoharyad did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.

Decided to try at a globally within working*office hours time as I realized I am probably calling from some ** hrs time difference (US to Singapore). I called at around * pm, and after one minor phone tech glitch (accidental disconnect at my end after waiting ** minutes) and calling again I did get through (after less time, maybe ** minutes), and got great help. Once I got past the recording saying "we are closed" and goodbye, I knew I could hang on staying on hold, and someone did answer. Just needed to know I would have to wait a while. It turned out to be a Bangkok location answering.
