Hi,**Current booking number*Lazarus-********** * My partner and I have been booked and have paid upfront at your hotel from the **th May-**th May ****.*We did this over * months ago and were not obviously anticipating this worldwide problem we are all facing.*As you are aware the world is a a current health crisis affecting all travellers getting to and from their respective destinations of choice.* Ours was Penang, and to stay at your hotel 'Flamingo by the Beach.'*We are currently in a position where travel is not possible for overseas and or domestic travel.*Very dissapointing, but what I would like to see about would be a 'credit' for our paid accommodation for a 'future stay' once this Covid-** pandemic has left us all free, and that we are also able to travel again.*If you could possibly get back to me regarding this matter .It would be highly appreciated.*I have contacted agoda via email and they said free to cancel. Firstly I contacted agoda customer service. I confirmed I had cancelled with hotel to which they told me to contact you (agoda) again which I did on the phone. Assistant called hotel couldn't get through. And said leave it with her to rd ** to ** hrs and ill get a response and today got email saying m y money will gdcrefunded in ** to ** days
