Hotel booking made from Australia via Agoda for MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas USA. *World wide crises starts and countries around the world lockdown and shutdown, closing borders and travel bans including Australia and the USA due to Covid** Corona Virus Pandemic.*MGM Grand Hotel advise in email they have cancelled the reservation with full refund without penalty and to contact Agoda for refund. Numerous attempts made to Agoda by way of email and resolver website.*No response received other than generic automated replies to mange the booking via their online service.*Booking canceled on line via their online service.*Online service advises booking is non-refundable.*Unprecedented event out of anyone's control and goods cannot be provided for what was purchased.*MGM Grand has acknowledged refund without penalty and it is expected that Agaoda fulfills this refund.*Kind Regards,*Jason Ford
