************Hi, Agoda automated phone (**********) system in Australia is rejecting my call, and there is no way to talk to a human!**I like to get a refund, to which the hotel has already agreed but Agoda needs to contact the hotel, which it hasn't even after email to *****@***.com.**I like someone from Agoda to contact me about this as the card used to pay for the accommodation has been replaced with a new one (so the refund can not be using the old card number).**I am very frustrated at this time as there is virtually no customer service available from Agoda and it is a real test for the credibility of this company.**Appreciate any assistance,*******@***.com
