The issue in GetHuman-gattani's own words
Hotel Island Pride*Booking ID: **********Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India*Check in was not allowed before cash payment though payment was already made online through credit card during booking via app.*Hotel owner charged me twice by taking cash payment also. I was forced to make payment again as hotel owner told me that he had not received any amount online and he had no tie up with agoda and booking was made through BOOKING.COM and payment mode is PAY AT HOTEL.*How is it possible that I booked with agoda but he was denying saying that they don't book with agoda?*Now, question is when will I get my money back. Kindly go through the matter and refund my amount which was deducted online.*If required I have also details of my staying there and payment made.
