Hello, My name is Denny Allen, and I recently made a reservation at the Pension Seibel hotel in Munich from May 29 to June 1. I encountered an issue while trying to pay with my Capital One Visa card as it was declined twice. Subsequently, I successfully made the payment using a Mastercard. However, Capital One flagged the transaction as potential fraud, even though it was declined, leading to my card being locked. I am concerned about being charged twice due to the declined charge on my Visa card. My confirmation number is [redacted][redacted]66, and the PIN is [redacted]. I made an error in booking for February 21, [redacted] (Friday) when I meant to book for February 22, [redacted] (Saturday). I am truly sorry for the mix-up, as I only noticed this today. I was planning a surprise second honeymoon for my wife, but it seems I surprised myself by booking for the wrong date. My name is MaryAnn N. My flight to Reef Beach Resort on February 6 was canceled due to a low-pressure area, and I was rebooked for February 26 as the following days were not available. PAL indicated the conditions were still not favorable. I reached out to Reef Resort to reschedule, and they advised me to cancel and amend my booking directly with Agoda for a new date of February 26-28. I emailed Agoda, but after 2 weeks, I have not received a definite answer. Today, February 22, I followed up with Reef Resort, and they mentioned I need to confirm with Agoda. However, I haven't heard from Agoda yet. How can I proceed without their response?

Hello, I recently made a booking with Agoda for a stay in Paris on 13-15 February [redacted]. However, upon arrival at YOOMA Urban Lodge, it was discovered that I mistakenly booked for 13-15 April [redacted]. The hotel could not locate my reservation initially. After contacting Agoda Customer Service on 13 February [redacted], I was advised to make a new booking and pay for the room again, with potential assistance in cancelling the incorrect booking. Unfortunately, I have not received any further communication from Agoda. As a long-time member and loyal customer, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my name is Hamlet D. I booked a stay at The Village on Phi Phi through Booking.com. However, there seems to be a mix-up with the booking. I reserved a standard room but it appears that Agoda booked me for 2 bungalows instead of one. The hotel confirmed this discrepancy. Agoda mentioned that the extra booking was made through Getaroom.com, which I am unfamiliar with. I have reached out to Getaroom.com, but they have no record of my reservation. I am now left with two bungalows, one of which I paid for and another that I will have to pay for upon arrival. This situation is making me feel scammed. I recently stayed at Hotel Island Pride in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India. I had some issues with payment upon check-in as the hotel owner required cash despite me already paying online via credit card through a booking app. I was told to pay again as the owner claimed no payment was received online and mentioned they do not partner with Agoda, though I made the booking through BOOKING.COM with a pay at hotel option. I ended up being charged twice. I am seeking a refund for the duplicate charge and would like this matter looked into promptly. After contacting Thistle hotel in Johor Bahru, they advised me to reach out to Agoda. I am currently following up to correct this error, as it is causing me stress. Hello, I am Seri Astura, the Manager for Dato Sri Mahadi BZ. I am reaching out regarding the bookings at Taiba Arac Suites in Madinah on behalf of Dato Sri, currently performing umrah at Madinah. The Booking IDs are as follows: 1. [redacted]25 and 2. [redacted]61. Dato Sri was unable to check-in at the hotel as they claimed they had not received any bookings from Agoda. To prevent any delays, Dato Sri secured alternative rooms at the hotel as a walk-in guest and paid with his credit card. I have attached the Booking Receipts for both reservations. I seek confirmation that Agoda will not charge the credit card for the two bookings that were canceled or marked as no-show, as Dato Sri is now at the hotel but was denied check-in due to the hotel's error, not his own. I encountered an issue when checking in at the hotel on the date I had reserved. The hotel was unable to process my check-in as they had not received a voucher from Agoda until later in the evening. I informed them that I would like to reschedule my booking. They mentioned they would inform me once they received the voucher. I attempted to follow up with the hotel, informing them of my new preferred date of February 27, [redacted], as the voucher had been sent. However, the hotel stated that only Agoda could amend the reservation and they would proceed according to Agoda's instructions. I have already paid in full. I have been attempting to contact Agoda, but their email is unresponsive, and the phone numbers listed on their website do not work.

Subject: Cancelation of Reservations for Raffaele Corvi (Booking ID: [redacted]51) and Silvia Posati (Booking ID: [redacted]87) Hello, I recently booked through the AGODA website at the "Clayton Hotel Burlington Road" in Dublin for 3 rooms. One room is correctly booked for July, but the other 2 rooms were mistakenly reserved for today, February 25th, under the names Raffaele Corvi (Booking ID: [redacted]51) and Silvia Posati (Booking ID: [redacted]87). I have tried contacting AGODA's hotline but haven't had any success. I also couldn't find my bookings on the website. The hotel suggested reaching out to you. I hope you can cancel those reservations so I can book the two rooms for the correct period in July. Note: I have tried checking my section on the website immediately, called hotlines, and emailed [redacted] without any results.

I made a reservation at the Sakura Sands Hotel in Osaka, Japan from Saturday the 22nd to Monday the 24th with booking number [redacted]29. Upon check-in around 3pm in room 2A, I found the room did not match the advertised description on the website. I can provide photos of the room we were given, which was cramped with two single beds and lacked a functional bedside lamp due to a missing power socket. Unimpressed by the discrepancy, we decided to check out within an hour at 4pm and secure accommodations elsewhere. I recommend contacting the Sakura Sands Hotel to ensure accurate representations for future guests. I am seeking a refund for the misrepresented room and incurred costs for an alternative hotel. I made a reservation at a guest house using the Agoda app (Booking ID [redacted]76) and paid in advance with a credit card. When I arrived for check-in, the guest house employees mentioned they are affiliated with Oyo but currently do not have an Oyo license, so they could not provide a room. They advised me to contact Oyo directly to resolve the matter. When I called Oyo, an employee canceled my booking and instructed me to seek a refund through Agoda. Dear Sir, I made bookings on your website with the numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. The bookings were for the Pride Surya hotel for check-in on March 19th and check-out on March 20th, consisting of 4 rooms and 2 rooms respectively. At the time of booking, the website instructed me to enter my credit card details but assured me I would not be charged immediately. It also stated I could cancel the booking without any charges up to 2 days before arrival. I was surprised to find out that my credit card was charged the full amount for both bookings. When I checked through your website, it indicated that the full amount was deducted as cancellation fees. This situation has made me skeptical about your website. I am currently trying to contact Agoda, a sister company of Priceline, regarding my two return tickets to Bali from Perth booked under Priceline Booking ID [redacted]67. The airline reference is GEVLGA for flight QG [redacted] with CITILINK, scheduled for 11/03. I received an email from CITILINK stating the flight's cancellation. The contact person mentioned is Hormat Kami, and the call center number provided is [redacted] 1 [redacted]. I have already purchased new tickets with Jetstar for my honeymoon trip to Bali and anticipate a refund for the cancelled flights. I expect prompt communication and resolution regarding the refund process. This experience has led me to reconsider using this service in the future.

Hello, I am Raul Barrera Ocerin. On February 13th, [redacted], I bought an airline ticket through Agoda for Lufthansa (Jakarta-Bilbao; Bilbao-Jakarta, departing on May 25, [redacted], and returning on June 8, [redacted]). My Lufthansa booking number is ONZ7E5. I have not received a confirmation email from Agoda with my booking number. The booking does not include my frequent flyer number with Lufthansa, which is [redacted][redacted]. Lufthansa mentioned that only Agoda can update my booking with the frequent flyer number. I made two bookings through the Agoda app, but they disappeared from my account. I had to cancel them due to the coronavirus situation. After calling customer service, they found both reservations. One had a typo in my email address. The representative assured me both bookings would be cancelled and sent me a confirmation for Mecca Hotel (Cancelled Agoda Booking ID [redacted]62). However, I have not received the cancellation for the Medina hotel (check-in on March 17 at Dar al Iman). I am requesting a call or email confirming the cancellation of my Medina reservation. I recently reserved a one-night stay at OYO [redacted] Hotel Gajanan Pride in Nasik, India, with booking ID [redacted]67. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel only accommodates locals, not foreigners, and was denied check-in. I had to find an alternative nearby, which ended up costing me more than double the price. I do not remember seeing any mention of this restriction in my reservation confirmation, and I am surprised that this property is listed on an international booking site. Upon returning home, I noticed a charge of 54.21 NIS from AGODA. I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience and the additional expenses incurred. I hope to receive a prompt response regarding this matter.
