Following my booking with you, I did not receive an email or the address details. The link provided in the text message did not work, leading to inconvenience as I had to search for a contact number to retrieve the hotel information. During my stay at the Red Lion Hotel in San Angelo, we experienced a lack of towels and had to request them both nights. Despite asking on the first night, the towels were never delivered. Additionally, the breakfast service ran out of orange juice. In my view, the hotel was overpriced, and the staff did not seem very friendly. My booking number is R [redacted].

I made a hotel reservation at the Grand President Hotel Bangkok for a Deluxe Suite from March 25 to April 5, [redacted], and a Deluxe Room King from April 5 to April 6, [redacted]. I need to cancel due to the coronavirus situation. The Thai government's slow response in banning flights from China worries me, especially after reading a news article about Chinese travelers from Wuhan spreading before the quarantine. Thailand's acceptance of Chinese visitors poses a risk, and being at higher risk due to lung issues, I can't travel there. I have reached out to the hotel, but Agoda's customer service hasn't responded to my concerns. I hope to cancel my booking and receive a full refund.

After making a reservation with your company, I did not receive an email confirmation or the hotel address. The link provided in the text message did not work, making it inconvenient for me. Hello, I have a booking in Sydney this weekend with reference number [redacted]53. I contacted the bank because I accidentally paid in full instead of using Afterpay. The bank is currently trying to refund the money. If I'm unable to use Afterpay, that's fine, just decline the payment and I'll make sure to be more careful when booking in the future. I really don't want to risk missing out on my hotel reservation this weekend in Sydney, so please update me on the situation as soon as possible. I want to avoid any issues upon my arrival. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to inform you that I have a reservation with Agoda for the Hamilton Hotel Itaewon in Seoul, South Korea, with the following details: Booking ID : [redacted]41 Dates: March 14th to March 20th, [redacted] I regret to say that due to recent events related to the Coronavirus outbreak in Singapore and other affected countries, and considering the number of cases rising, my family and I have decided to cancel our upcoming trip to South Korea in March. We have 3 young children, ages 7, 5, and 3, and in light of the circumstances, we feel it is best to take extra precautions. I received a response from Agoda Customer Service regarding my cancellation and refund date inquiry. However, I am still seeking clarification on the refund process. I have also reached out to Royal Garden Hotel Hong Kong, and they have confirmed the cancellation of my booking without any fees. Could Agoda please send a formal email confirmation with the refund date for SGD422.40 to my credit card?

I have a reservation at Royal International Hotel near Pudong International Airport in Shanghai for one night, booked with Priceline.com. I have been a VIP member of Priceline for years, and they advised me to contact you directly. My original check-in and check-out dates were Feb. 21 and Feb. 22, but I need to change them to Feb. 20 and Feb. 21 due to a flight rescheduling to LAX, USA via Seoul, South Korea on Feb. 21 instead of Feb. 22. I am currently in a different city in China and will be traveling to Shanghai on Feb. 20 via high-speed train. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Priceline has advised me to reach out to you directly for assistance. Originally, I had booked the stay for Feb. 21 to Feb. 22, but due to a flight rescheduling, I need to change my check-in to Feb. 20 and check-out to Feb. 21. I had made travel plans to New Zealand with three other companions for February. I booked and paid for the Ratana Apart Hotel in Kamala twice on February 6th. The first booking had the wrong date for the night of February 6th to February 7th. I immediately called the hotel to correct this mistake. I then made the second booking for the desired dates of February 24th to March 2nd, which my cousin paid for promptly via Visa. We received a booking confirmation for February 6th but not for February 24th to March 2nd. Since everything was paid for right away, we kindly request the missing booking confirmation. Hello, good evening. My name is Carlos B. The issue is that on December 12, I made a reservation with Agoda.com for the KRISTAL hotel in Cancun, Mexico. On the website, it never showed that the amount was in dollars but in pesos. The payment was supposedly made in pesos, but the next day the charge appeared in dollars. Immediately, the reservation was canceled with the KRISTAL hotel, and it was accepted. Later, they sent an email asking if we wanted to make another reservation or get a refund to the credit card, and we chose the refund. However, to this date, nothing has been resolved. We have sent emails to Agoda, but there has been no response.

On December 12, [redacted], I made a reservation with Agoda at the Kristal Hotel in Cancun, Mexico. The price showed in pesos, but when paying, it switched to dollars. The next day we canceled the reservation with the hotel. They offered a refund to the card or to make another reservation. We requested a full refund, but to date, we haven't received any information on the refund status. They mentioned it was through Agoda.com, but we've been unable to reach them.

Norwegian Cruise Line recently changed the disembarkation port from Singapore to Athens, Greece. Due to this amendment, I need to cancel my booking at Furama City Hotel made through Agoda on Bookings.com. Unfortunately, both Bookings.com and Furama are not helping with the cancellation process.
