Hello, I am writing to request a full refund for my hotel bookings in Kuala Lumpur and Seoul. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus outbreak, I have decided to cancel my trip. I am aware that my bookings are non-refundable, but given the severity of the situation, I have no other option but to cancel. Hello, I recently made a reservation for a studio apartment via Agoda on the 5th of February [redacted], with booking ID [redacted]57. I received an email from the property owner notifying me that the air conditioning in the unit is malfunctioning due to a short circuit. The owner offered to cancel the booking. Upon checking, I discovered that the reservation is non-refundable. I am concerned that this might be a scam. I intend to report this user and property to get a refund.

Hello, I have not yet received my refund of PHP3,[redacted].64 from Agoda for my booking with reference number QA184Q4. I made my payment at 7eleven, which was validated, but then the status was canceled. I ended up paying again in cash when I arrived at the hotel. I've previously spoken with an Agoda representative and received notifications about the refund process, but I missed the deadline to submit my bank details. I attempted to claim the payment by clicking the button, and I received an email on Jan. 22 stating my refund would be processed, but unfortunately, I have not received it yet.

My booking was canceled because I refused to let them hold my driver's license, which is my only form of identification for the entire stay. I need it to travel and make purchases. They wouldn't return my ID and insisted on cancellation. This has been very inconvenient. Please address this matter, refund the unused portion, and provide a solution. Thank you.

Due to concerns about the coronavirus outbreak, I have had to cancel my travel plans, including my flight to Taiwan on 27/2/[redacted]. I have reviewed Agoda's cancellation policy and noticed that full refunds are typically allowed if the cancellation is made before 29/2/[redacted]. Although my check-in date is on 2/3/[redacted], I am kindly asking if it would be possible to receive a full refund given the circumstances. I encountered an issue with my booking at Hotel OYO [redacted] Manha Residency for 3 nights from Nov 1, [redacted], to Nov 4, [redacted]. I attempted to reach agoda.com without success and then reached out to OYO for a refund, but they were unhelpful. I had to cancel my booking last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and though OYO canceled it, they haven't processed the refund even after 3 months. I appreciate finding this platform and hope for assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I made a booking at Puri Santrian in Sanur Bali for 2 nights from the 11th to the 13th of February. However, when booking online, it somehow only registered one night - tonight, February 7th. I am currently staying at the hotel, and you have already charged me for it. I have been attempting to reach your customer service all day with no response. I need the $[redacted] refunded to my account as I did not intend to book for tonight. As a travel writer, I will no longer use Agoda due to this experience. The hotel is aware of the issue and is waiting for you to cancel the incorrect booking. They have not received any communication from you. I am upset about the poor service and website accuracy. Please contact Puri Santrian promptly to cancel the erroneous booking.

Given the outbreak of the Wuhan Virus worldwide, it is not advisable to travel, especially with children and elderly individuals. Today, on 7 February [redacted], an Orange alert has been issued. Hello, I am reaching out from Manila, Philippines. I made a reservation for an overnight stay at Sofitel on February 8-9 to celebrate my birthday with my family. My booking ID is [redacted]16. Unfortunately, my son has been ill with a UTI since Wednesday, and his condition has caused us to reconsider our plans. I have a medical certificate from his doctor that I can provide. I am hoping to reschedule our stay to February 15-16 instead, keeping the same room type and including buffet breakfast. I have already spoken with Sofitel's reservation officer, Sally Sumagang, who informed me that this change is possible at no extra cost, as there is availability for the Superior room on February 15-16. I am experiencing an issue with my booking at Novotel Cusco in Peru. Booking [redacted]39, made for the 19th of November for a double room for TWO people. After entering the correct details on trivago.co.uk and later on Agoda, the booking only reflected one person instead of two. I have tried resolving this through Resolver with no response from Novotel. I am requesting the booking to be corrected to accommodate two people, or a FREE cancellation will be necessary. My name is Gail Palmer. On November 16, [redacted], I intended to reserve a one-night stay at the Ibis Luton for February 9, [redacted], with four days of parking until February 14, [redacted]. To my dismay, Agoda has booked five days and charged me £[redacted].28 without my consent. Although I made my reservation through Booking.com, I am perplexed by this occurrence and feel as though I have fallen victim to a scam. This situation has caused me significant distress. I have contacted the hotel, and they have confirmed the booking made through Agoda. As soon as I realized the error, I promptly canceled the booking. Our flight from California to Hong Kong and Bangkok was canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. The hotel we booked, The Peninsula Bangkok, is willing to cancel and refund our reservation. I had to cancel my trip to Manila on 3/2 due to the Corona virus. My booking id is [redacted]89. I've been attempting to obtain a refund for one night at the Heritage Manila. I tried calling the hotel directly with no success, also reached out to Agoda but got no response. Contacted the call center but haven't heard back either. I need to address a concern. While I was looking at hotels in Siargao on Agoda, I viewed the price for Siargao Bleu Resort and then switched to another hotel without finalizing my booking. However, I received an email from Agoda confirming my booking at Siargao Bleu Resort, which surprised me. I was taken aback to see that the booking is non-refundable and the details are incorrect. I am disappointed by the lack of security on the website, as it processed the charge without my explicit consent, such as requesting my PIN or CCV number.
