Dear sir,**I booked a room through your website for **th February in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The network was very poor and the app was not working properly. When i tried to enter my Dad's name as lead guest, they were not accepting it. So i had to book it again through my name. My credit card was charged on **th jan for one room but after * days my credit card was charged again. Then i figured out that your website took the booking twice and hence booked two rooms. It would be a great help for me if you could cancel one of the room and refund the amount. Im attaching the documents below so that you could cancel one of them. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanking you in advance for your co operation.
